Just over a month ago, the Baraga County Chamber of Commerce gave me the opportunity to host my first ever workshop! With a full class and very eager participants, I'm excited to announce I will be scheduling another workshop this coming June. Details are to be announced, and soon ;)
As a recap, we got to know what the heck each button actually means on our cameras, and why we use different equipment. We then discussed aperture, shutter speed, and ISO, both in digital and film bodies.
Here are a couple frames from the workshop from my end as we talked about how to adjust our camera settings manually and basic concepts on how to read light in any situation. Also, shoutout to my fiancé's gorgeous cousin, MaKayla, for being ever so willing to model for the workshop despite the frigid winds off our frozen Keweenaw Bay! Another shoutout goes to Covington & Co. Clothing for stylizing the wardrobe for the shoot portion.
