Nearly everyone is super stoked to see spring bloom into summer, but I seriously can’t get enough of Autumn’s cozy, fall senior portraits! While riding out to our photo destinations, Autumn’s mom told us stories about her youth, blissing out the shores of Huron Bay under canopies of towering red pine. Autumn’s senior photos brought us pulling branches aside as we made our way through Michigan forests and soaking in the warmth of the fall sunlight.
While Autumn was getting ready to change outfits at a private location we were given permission to use, we stumbled upon the most amazing little greenhouse! Senior portraits in a greenhouse? Yes, please!!! That rusty orange watering can next to Autumn’s cozy sweater is pure magic!
On our ride back into town from Skanee, we caught the fading golden light in the red pine stands, where the warmth of the disappearing light reflected from the rusty pine needles below.
